Cancellation and Change
- When our company charges cancellation fee or a postponement commission, the cause of the cancellation or the postponement of the receipt day is based on a customer's responsibility, and it is limited to the time when the direction of the cancellation or the postponement of the receipt day is carried out on the previous day of the receipt day or the very day mentioned in the quotation.
- The cancellation fee or the fee for the postponement is in the following purview. When the cancellation is received up to 15:00 P.M. on the previous day, \3,000 is uniformly charged on you as arrangement procedure fee for a truck and a driver. When cancelled after 15:00 P.M. on the previous day, or cancelled on the very day, the total amount is charged on you as cancellation fee.
- When the cause for the cancellation is based on a customer’s responsibility, aside from the cancellation fee, you have to pay the expense (limited to what was specified in the quotation) for the incidental services which our company has already started.
